Miguel Mercado

Miguel Mercado, who had lung cancer, died way too young on Nov. 4, 2007. He was only 52, and is survived by his wife, Rosana Montes, and 6 children. "I always said Miguel was the Pat Riley of Puerto Rico, he was a very knowledgeable and hard-working coach. He was key in finding great players for our program." (...Art Alvarez)
